NEW: SFHA can now accept and prefers dues payments via Zelle! This is an easy to use bank-account to bank-account payment system now used by virtually all US banks. The advantage of Zelle, besides convenience, is the banks pay for the transfer of funds, not SFHA or you! It is free for both the payer and the recipients. You will need online access to your bank account (all banks offer this now). Your bank will guide you to and through the Zelle process. The identifier for the SFHA bank account is our email: southferryhills@gmail.com.

You can still pay using PayPal at the link below. The disadvantage to PayPal is that PayPal keeps 3% of each transaction, however, if PayPal is more familiar to you SFHA is still accepting payments this way.

SFHA ANNUAL DUES (now $225 per membership) are the legal obligation of all members of the SFHA to cover the insurance and maintenance of our shared property: The Beach at Smith Cove. All members share in its ownership and in the responsibility of maintaining it regardless of the different ways individual members may choose to enjoy it.
The SFHA annual dues are due by August 31st each year and cover the following 12 months. An email/letter is sent out each year in the spring to remind members of the responsibility. Many people choose to pay before August 31st which is helpful to the Association.
